Day 30: Traveling back HOME.
Airport, airport, airport, airport. Yes, we went thru 4: O’Hare, Detroit, Tokyo-Narita, and NAIA. It definitely was a looong flight.

Be seated as you wait.

Sunset view from the plane. It marked the end of the day. It also marked the end of my trip.
Day 29: Out and about Illinois.
Time really flies when you’re having fun. It has already been a month since I set foot in the United States and today marks the last day of my trip.
Dad and I started packing in the morning and for lunch, my aunt took us to Odyssey, a Greek restaurant at Lombard, Il. Food was great and the atmosphere was relaxing; it definitely has that Greek-island feel into it.

The dining area. We came in at around 3pm so we had the place to ourselves.

Dad’s plate. He kinda took a bite of the chicken already. In this platter are servings of Mousaka, Gyros, Chicken Rigonati and Keftedakia.

Gyro’s Plate. Beef and lamb served with pita bread and Tzatziki.
For the night, we went to my other aunt’s sports bar called Chaoz where we had good food and great entertainment as the Stanley Cup finals between the Chicago Black Hawks and the Philadelphia Flyers was shown in TVs placed all over the bar.

Chaoz Sports Lounge, Crest Hill, lL.

What could be better than celebrating the Black Hawks’ championship win for a Chicago-trip ending?
